布尔台煤矿智能机器人的应用研究

随着煤矿智能化建设的不断推进和煤矿机器人技术的发展,智能机器人在煤矿的应用成为实现煤矿井下安全、高效生产目标的重要途径之一。分析了智能机器人在煤矿应用的必要性,介绍了变电所机器人和水泵房机器人等智能机器人在国能神东煤炭集团有限责任公司布尔台煤矿(以下简称“布尔台煤矿”)应用的实际情况,详细阐述了井下机器人行走技术、机器人监测监控技术、机器人故障诊断技术等煤矿智能机器人关键技术,最后对具备精准识别技术、具备专家系统和人工智能、具备精准定位技术和稳定无线通讯技术以及具备长续航和自主充电等煤矿智能机器人的发展方向进行了展望。

With the continuous promotion of intelligent construction in coal mines and the development of robot technology in coal mines,the application of intelligent robots in coal mines has become one of the important ways to achieve the safe and efficient production in coal mines.This paper analyzes the necessity of the application of intelligent robots in coal mines,introduces the actual situation of the application of intelligent robots such as substation robots and water pump room robots in Buertai Coal Mine of China Energy Shendong Coal Group Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as"Buertai Coal Mine"),and expounds in detail the key technologies of intelligent robots in coal mines such as underground robot walking technology,robot monitoring and inspecting technology,and robot fault diagnosis technology,and the development direction of coal mine intelligent robots with precise identification technology,expert system,artificial intelligence,precise positioning technology and stable wireless communication technology,long endurance and self-charging function is prospected.
