简道云在煤矿安全生产责任制考核中的研究与应用

当前的经济发展使得社会对煤炭资源的需求越来越高,同时政府和有关部门对煤矿安全生产工作也越来越重视,因此我国的煤炭企业也逐步开始借助新型的科技软件来实施煤矿安全生产责任制考核。以简道云软件为例,详细阐述了该软件在国能神东煤炭集团有限责任公司布尔台煤矿(以下简称“布尔台煤矿”)安全生产责任制考核中的运用及作用,并结合相关的法律法规和开采的实际情况制定了布尔台煤矿安全生产责任制,使其成为提高煤炭企业全员安全意识的重要手段。

The current economic development makes the society's demand for coal resources more and more high.and the government and relevant departments pay more and more attention to the work of coal mine safety production.Therefore,China's coal enterprises have gradually begun to use new scientific and technological software to implement the coal mine safety production responsibility system.Taking Jiandaoyun software as an example,this paper expounds the application and role of this software in the assessment of the safety production responsibility system of Buertai Coal Mine of China Energy Shendong Coal Group Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as"Buertai Coal Mine"),and formulates the safety production responsibility system of Buertai Coal Mine in combination with relevant laws and regulations and the actual situation of mining,making it an important means to improve the safety awareness of all staff in coal enterprises.
