摘要
针对国能神东煤炭集团有限责任公司大柳塔煤矿(以下简称“大柳塔煤矿”)5^(-2)煤层井田北侧被小窑盗采后形成大面积老空区的问题,发现在老空区内出现周围含水层水补给及地表水灌入,积聚了大量积水的情况。由于小窑具体盗采情况不详,因此为了避免矿井在采掘过程中与小窑老空区导通后造成严重的透水事故等安全隐患,采用井下定向钻探测技术对老空区分布情况进行探测,消除水害安全隐患,从钻孔设计和施工情况分析小窑老空区分布范围及积水情况。钻孔施工过程中采用1孔多分支进行探测,钻孔覆盖整个采掘区域。实践发现通过定向钻探测,能有效掌握采掘范围内老空区及积水分布情况,且能及时预防老空区透水事故的发生,大大提高了资源回收率,并确保煤矿安全开采。
In view of a large area of old goaf formed in the north of 5^(-2) coal mine field in Daliuta Coal Mine of China Energy Shendong Coal Group Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as"Daliuta Coal Mine")after being illegally mined by small kilns,it was found that the surrounding aquifer water supply and surface water injection occurred in the old goaf,and a large amount of water had been accumulated.As the specific situation of the small kilns'illegal mining is unknown,and in order to avoid serious safety hazards such as water seepage accidents caused by the connection between the mine and the old goaf of the small kilns during the mining process,the underground directional drilling detection technology is used to detect the distribution of the old goafs and eliminate the safety hazards of water hazards,and the distribution ranges of ponding situation in the old goafs of the small kilns are analyzed from the drilling design and construction.During drilling construction,one hole with multiple branches is used for exploration,and the drilling holes cover the entire mining area.It is found in practice that through directional drilling detection,the distribution of old goafs and ponding within the mining range can be effectively mastered,and the occurrence of water seepage accidents in the old goafs can be timely prevented,which greatly improves the resource recovery rate and ensures the safe mining of the coal mine.
