摘要
为提升煤炭资源开采率,综采工作面初采通常为斜开切眼布置,需要调斜后进行正常回采。工作面调斜不当,会引起刮板输送机两端头推移困难及支架挤架、倒架、顶帮等状况。针对该问题,以哈拉沟煤矿22521-1初采工作面为背景,在传统调控方法的基础上,提出在工作面大角度调斜段进行多拐点加刀的方法,有效增大了刮板输送机与支架扭结的受力区域,取得了良好的控制效果。
In order to improve the mine resource exploitation rate,primary mining of fully mechanized mining face usually has an arrangement of inclined open-off cut,and normal mining shall be carried out after inclination adjustment.Defective inclination adjustment will result in difficulty in moving the two ends of the belt conveyor and the support squeezing,overturning and standing in wall.Aiming at the technical problems,with the 22521-1 primary working face of Halagou Coal Mine as the background,on the basis of the traditional control method,the method of adding cutting amount at multiple inflexion points in the large-angle inclination adjustment section of the working face is proposed,which has increased the stress area of kink between the scraper conveyor and the hydraulic supports,and achieved a preferable control effect.
