控制粒径矿用水泥砂浆试样正交配比试验研究

摘要 为了探究煤矿井下特殊环境下的矿用水泥砂浆施工性能与力学性能的影响规律,使用河沙作为水泥砂浆骨料,P42.5硅酸盐水泥作为胶结物,选定砂灰比、掺水量、减水剂用量与沙子粒径作为影响因素,以水泥砂浆试样的密度、单轴抗压强度、弹性模量、泊松比作为观测值,采用正交试样的方法对试验结果进行极差分析。结果表明:针对单一骨料粒径的水泥砂浆试样,沙子粒径对试样密度影响最大,砂灰比对试样单轴抗压强度与弹性模量影响最显著,掺水量对试样泊松比影响最大。经过各因素对试样影响的综合分析,当砂灰比为2.0、掺水量为40%、减水剂用量为0.25%、沙子粒径为0.1~0.2 mm时,单一粒径试样的综合指标处于最佳状态。 In order to explore the influence law of the construction performance and mechanical performance of mine cement mortar under the special environment in the coal mine,river sand is used as the cement mortar aggregate,P42.5 portland cement is used as the cement,the sand-cement ratio,water content,water reducer dosage and sand particle size are selected as the influencing factors,and the density,uniaxial compressive strength,elastic modulus and Poisson's ratio of the cement mortar samples are taken as the observation values,the range analysis of the experimental results is carried out by using the orthogonal sample method.The results show that for cement mortar samples with single aggregate particle size,the sand particle size has the largest impact on the sample density,the sand-cement ratio has the most significant impact on the uniaxial compressive strength and elastic modulus of the samples,and the water content has the largest impact on the Poisson's ratio of the samples.According to the comprehensive analysis of the influence of various factors on the samples,when the sand cement ratio is 2.0,the water content is 40%,the amount of water reducer is 0.25%,and the sand particle size is 0.1~0.2 mm,the comprehensive index of the single particle size sample is in the best state.
