新型FBG温度传感器的研究与设计

摘要 相似材料模型实验作为研究岩土工程问题的一种重要手段,监测模型温度可为判断模型养护是否结束提供重要依据。研究了光纤光栅封装结构及工艺,采用导热油作为导热介质、改性丙烯酸脂作为粘结剂、聚乳酸(PLA)为封装材料,研制了适用于相似材料模型实验的光纤光栅温度传感器,并进行了同类型光纤光栅温度传感器性能对比。结果表明,传感器结构特征为壁厚1.5 mm、内径4 mm的开孔圆柱状温度传感器最优,其温度灵敏度系数达到6.966 pm/℃,升温响应时间为1.69 s/℃,降温响应时间为1.78 s/℃,温度测试范围为15~50℃。该传感器具有体积小、灵敏度系数高、响应时间短、精度高、成本低廉、适用性强等优点,能够满足相似材料模型实验温度监测的需求。 The similar material model experiment is an important method to study the geotechnical engineering problem,and monitoring the model temperature can provide a basis for judging whether the model maintenance is over.The fiber grating package structure and process are studied.The fiber grating temperature sensor suited for the similar material model experiment is developed with heat transfer oil as the heat conduction medium,modified acrylate as the binder,and polylactic acid(PLA)as the packaging material.The performance comparison of the same type of fiber grating temperature sensors is carried out.The results show that the trepanning cylindrical temperature sensor with a wall thickness of 1.5 mm and an inner diameter of 4 mm is optimal,and its temperature sensitivity coefficient reaches 6.966 pm/℃,the temperature rise response time is 1.69 s/℃,the cooling response time is 1.78 s/℃,and the temperature test range is 15~50℃.The sensor has small volume,high sensitivity coefficient,short response time,high precision,low cost and strong applicability,which can well meet the requirements of temperature monitoring of similar material models experiment.
