采煤机摇臂壳体的静力学分析及疲劳寿命计算 被引量:3

摘要 采煤机在工作过程中,采煤机摇臂在不同的工况下受力条件不同,在交变应力的影响下容易造成采煤机摇臂壳体的疲劳破坏,因此需要对采煤机摇臂壳体的受力和工作寿命进行评估。通过对采煤机摇臂壳体进行静力学计算分析发现,当摇臂与水平面成43.1°时,形变与应力达到最大。通过采煤机摇臂的疲劳寿命分析发现,电机腔与摇臂直齿轮腔过渡处以及电机腔周围为薄弱环节,应加强设计;摇臂煤壁侧耳座连接螺栓孔应力较大,在日常检修过程中,应加强煤壁侧连接螺栓的检查频次。 During the working process of the shearer,the shearer rocker arm has different stress conditions under different working conditions,and it is easy to cause fatigue failure of the shearer rocker arm shell under the influence of alternating stress,so it is necessary to evaluate the stress and working life of the shearer rocker arm shell.Through the static calculation and analysis of the shearer rocker arm shell,it is found that when the rocker arm is 43.1°to the horizontal plane,the deformation and stress reach the maximum.Through the fatigue life analysis of shearer rocker arm,it is found that the transition between the motor cavity and rocker arm spur gear cavity and the section around the motor cavity are weak links,so the design should be strengthened.The stress of ear seat connecting bolt hole of the coal wall-side rocker arm is large,so the inspection frequency of the connecting bolt on the coal wall side should be strengthened during the daily maintenance.
