摘要
液压支架推拉头部件在使用过程中容易产生断裂、变形和裂纹萌生等失效问题,因此对液压支架推拉头部件的失效分析十分必要。介绍了液压支架结构件组成及其故障产生的原因,详细分析了液压支架推拉头部件的失效机理及其受力情况。通过受力分析表明,液压支架推拉头部件失效的主要原因是铸造成形后内部存在缩孔或气孔以及热处理制度不合适而导致组织粗大且强度低,该分析可为后期配件的研发和设计提供参考。
The push-pull device of hydraulic support is prone to fracture,deformation,crack initiation and other failure problems during using,so it is necessary to analyze the failure of the push-pull device of hydraulic support.This paper introduces the composition of the structural parts of the hydraulic support and the causes of the failures,and analyzes in detail the failure mechanism and stress conditions of the push-pull device of the hydraulic support.The stress analysis shows that the main reason for the failure of the push-pull device of the hydraulic support is the existence of shrinkage cavity or air hole after casting and the coarse structure and low strength caused by improper heat treatment system,the results provides a reference for the later research and design of accessories.
