Corporate culture is the"flag bearer"leading the development of enterprises.Excellent corporate culture can keep the development of enterprises vigorous,become the source of enterprise creativity,and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.In recent years,refining and chemical enterprises have actively responded to the complex and volatile market situation,insisted on promoting management upgrading with cultural construction,opened up a new path for enterprise management innovation,and effectively promoted high-quality development.Taking Sinopec Zhenhai Refining&Chemical Company as an example,this paper discusses the construction of refining and chemical enterprise culture,explains and analyzes the significance,basic path and enlightenment of strengthening the construction of refining and chemical enterprise culture,and provides reference for refining and chemical enterprises to improve cohesion,innovation and competitiveness.
