摘要
随着人类基因组计划的推进,多种生物分子与疾病之间的关联被揭示出来,例如,circRNA-疾病关联、lncRNA-疾病关联、microRNA-疾病关联以及微生物-疾病关联.因此,预测实体与疾病之间的关联对于阐明疾病的发病机制具有实际意义.目前,由于生物实体数据过于庞大,因此通过生物实验确定生物关联不仅耗时耗力而且无法穷举所有的生物关联.总之,采用高效的计算方法预测潜在的生物关联是十分必要的.目前,研究学者们已经提出了一系列基于相似性度量的计算方法来预测新的circRNA/lncRNA/microRNA/微生物-疾病关联.其中,疾病相似性的计算通常是RNA分子或微生物相似性计算的基础.由于部分相似性度量方式会用到关联数据信息,在本文中,首先介绍了circRNA/lncRNA/microRNA/微生物-疾病关联数据,之后主要回顾总结了以上4种生物关联预测中的疾病相似性的计算方法.
With the advancement of the Human Genome Project,associations between various biomolecules and diseases have been revealed,such as circRNA-disease associations,lncRNA-disease associations,microRNA-disease associations,and microbe-disease associations.Therefore,predicting the associations between entities and diseases is of practical importance to elucidate the pathogenesis of diseases.Currently,due to the sheer volume of biological data,identifying biological associations through biological experiments is not only time-consuming and labor-intensive but also impossible to exhaust all biological associations.Overall,it is necessary to use efficient computational methods to predict potential biological associations.So far,researchers have put forward a series of computing methods based on the similarity meaurement to predict potential circRNA/lncRNA/microRNA/microbe-disease associations.Among them,the calculation of disease similarity is usually the basis of the similarity calculation of RNAs or microbes.In this paper,due to the association data are applied in some similarity calculation methods,the circRNA/lncRNA/microRNA/microbe-disease association data are first introduced.Then this paper mainly analyzes and summarizes the calculation methods of disease similarity in the above four kinds of biological association prediction.
