矿井提升机钢丝绳的缺陷分析及其安全性能评价

摘要 根据第十四届“华中杯”大学生数学建模挑战赛C题给出的数据,本文在小波变换预去噪的基础上,提出了基于线性遍历模型的钢丝绳缺陷定量分析方法,最后利用综合赋分模型实现了安全性能评价,可以对钢丝绳运行过程数据进行有效处理和安全评估.具体地,首先,针对监测数据存在噪音干扰的问题,利用小波变换对数据进行预去噪,有效地压制了原始数据噪声干扰;其次,提出了基于线性遍历模型的数据缺陷分析模型,实现了缺损数量、缺损程度、缺损位置3个维度上的分析;最后,提出了一种基于3种评价方法的综合赋分模型.实际数据验证了方法的有效性. Through the analysis of the signals,the safety of hoist wire rope can be realized automatically.According to the data given in the question C of the 14th"Central China Cup"College Students′mathematical modeling challenge,we propose a quantitative model of wire rope defects based on the linear traversal model and wavelet transform,and finally uses the comprehensive assignment model to realize the safety quantification.Specifically,firstly,considering the noise existed in the original signal,wavelet transform is used to attenuate the noise;secondly,linear traversal model is proposed,analyzing of defect quantity,defect degree and defect location;finally,a comprehensive assignment model based on three evaluation methods is proposed,and the effectiveness of the method is verified by actual data.
