摘要
针对某矿山尾矿资源,利用尾矿回采后进行悬浮磁化焙烧工艺进行选别,对统一建设在新厂区方案与预选和磨选分开建设方案进行方案比较。两方案得到的铁精矿指标较好,且最终产品指标一致。预选和磨选分开建设方案较统一建设在新厂区方案增加了预选车间、预选尾矿浓缩和相应预选精矿输送管道等。通过可比投资及经营费比较说明统一建设在新厂区方案在经济上较优。综合分析推荐统一建设在新厂区方案。
The tailings resources of a mine are separated by means of the suspension magnetization roasting process after the tailings is backstoped,and the options of unified construction in the new plant area and constructing of pre-separation from grinding and separation separately are compared.The indexes of iron concentrate obtained by the two options are better,and the indexes of final products are consistent.Compared with the option of unified construction in the new plant area,in the option of constructing pre-separation from grinding and separation,the pre-separation building,pre-separation tailings concentration and corresponding pre-separation concentrate conveying pipeline are added.Through the comparison of comparable investment and operating cost,it shows that the option of unified construction in the new plant area is economically superior.Through comprehensively analysis,the option of unified construction in the new plant area is recommended.
