摘要
从工艺、设备、技术三方面介绍了云南呈钢集团240 m^(2)烧结机的设计特点。该工程吸收采用了新型烧结机、新型转臂式环冷机、高效节能烧结点火技术、厚料层烧结技术、大烟道高温烟气利用技术、环冷机余热高效回收技术、烧结烟气全脱硫脱硝等多项国内外行之有效、成熟可靠的先进装备和技术。该工艺流程完善,自动化程度高,注重环保、节能减排和可持续发展,努力建设绿色清洁工厂,实现废气达标排放,废物循环利用,成本竞争力明显,为打造新一代科技型钢铁厂起到了重要的促进作用。
From the aspects of process,equipment and technology,the design features of 240㎡sintering machine of Yunnan Chenggang Group are introduced.The project absorbs and adopts many effective,mature,reliable and advanced equipment and technologies home and abroad such as a new type of sintering machine,a new rotary arm type circular cooler,a high-efficiency and energy-saving sintering ignition technology,thick-layer sintering technology,flue duct high temperature flue gas utilization technology,circular cooler waste heat high-efficiency recovery technology,sintering flue gas full desulfurization and denitrification technology.With perfect process flow,high degree of automation and emphasis on environmental protection,energy saving,emission reduction and sustainable development,we strive to build a green and clean plant,achieve the standard emission of waste gas,recycling of wastes and a obvious cost competitiveness,which plays an important role in promoting the creation of a new generation of technology-based steel plant.
