浅谈工程量清单计量规范在冶金建设工程总承包中的应用

Discussion on the Application of Engineering Quantity List Measurement Specification in General Contracting of Metallurgical Construction Projects

定额计价模式作为计划经济的产物,已经逐渐满足不了当今市场经济的发展需要,从而衍生出世界范围内通用的工程量清单计价模式。然而经过多年的发展,行业规范的工程量清单的实施也不能完全适用于冶金行业尤其铁前总承包工程的各阶段成本管控。针对这样的大背景,结合现场施工实际环境、设备采购、以及施工设计不断地补缺、完善以及优化工程量清单项目、工作内容以及计价方式,在清单计价模式的指导前提下,陆续出台及修正适合企业自身特点的企业工程量计价清单规则,以便更好的实施总承包工程各阶段的成本管控。

As a product of the planned economy,the quota valuation model has gradually failed to meet the development needs of today's market economy,and thus the world-wide common engineering quantities list valuation model is derived.However,after years of development,the implementation of the industry standard engineering quantity list is not fully applicable to the metallurgical industry,especially the cost control of all stages of pre-iron general contracting projects.In such a background,we combine the actual construction environment,equipment procurement,construction and design on the site to constantly supplement,improve and optimize the items,work content and valuation model of the engineering quantity list.Under the guidance of the list valuation model,enterprise engineering quantity list valuation rules that suit the company's own characteristics are gradually formulated and amended so as to better implement cost control at all stages of our general contracting projects.
