冷成型钢开口截面轴压构件的数值仿真与承载力研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用有限元方法对冷成型钢开口截面轴压构件的力学性能进行了研究,建立了冷成型钢开口截面轴压构件数值模型,并验证了模型的准确性。基于数值模型展开了多因素影响的参数分析,揭示了加劲肋数量、类型和截面厚度对冷成型钢开口截面轴压构件承载力的影响规律。数值仿真的结果显示:构件承载力随着截面厚度的增加而提升;构件承载力受加劲肋数量的影响较大,但几乎不受加劲肋类型的影响。对现有承载力计算方法的评估与分析表明,现有的直接强度法无法准确预测冷成型钢开口截面轴压构件的力学承载力,需对其进行修正。 The finite element method was used to study the mechanical properties of cold-formed steel members with open section under axial compression. The numerical model of cold-formed steel members with open section under axial compression was established,and the accuracy of the model was verified. Based on the numerical model,the parametric analysis of multi-factor influence was carried out,and the influence law of the number,type and section thickness of stiffeners on the bearing capacity of cold-formed steel members with open section under axial compression was revealed. The results of numerical simulation show that the bearing capacity of members increases with the increase of section thickness. The bearing capacity of members is greatly affected by the number of stiffeners,but hardly affected by the type of stiffeners. The evaluation and analysis of existing bearing capacity calculation methods show that the existing direct strength method can not accurately predict the mechanical bearing capacity of cold-formed steel members with open section under axial compression,so it needs to be revised.
