ALC墙板的性能研究及创新应用

Performance research and innovative application of ALC wallboard

ALC墙板是一种轻型环保板材,属于轻质墙板的一种,是目前大力推广的一种预制墙板。目前ALC墙板主要应用在住宅、公建等建筑内隔墙和钢结构建筑外墙,还未被广泛应用于混凝土结构装配式建筑内嵌式外墙。鉴于ALC墙板优良的性能和高附加值的性价比,如采用ALC墙板,施工安装简单,可以有效提高工效和降低建筑整体造价。本文结合装配式项目实例,通过撞击、拉拔、隔声等试验,研究分析了ALC墙板的产品性能,验证了其适用于混凝土结构内嵌式外墙,可应用于外立面装饰假柱。

ALC wallboard is a kind of light environmentally friendly panel,belongs to the light wallboard’s family.As a kind of prefabricated wallboard,it is currently vigorously promoted. The ALC wallboard is mainly used in residential and public building partition wall and steel structure building external wall for now,but has not been applied to concrete structures built inside the prefabricated building walls yet. In view of the excellen performance and high value﹣added cost performance of ALC wallboard,using ALC wallboard can make the construction and installation simple,and effectively improve the efficiency and reduce the overall cost of the building. In this paper,the performance of ALC wallboard was studied and analyzed through tests such as impact,drawing,sound insulation and so on with the example of assembled project. It’s verified that ALC wallboard is suitable for the embedded exterior wall of concrete structure which can be applied to the facade decoration of false columns.
