基于肠道菌群探讨“土郁夺之”在2型糖尿病防治中的应用

Discussion on Application of“Tuyu Duozhi”in Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Based on Intestinal Flora

“土郁夺之”是基于有形实邪阻滞中焦及中焦气机不利的重要治则之一,其核心思想是除中焦有形实邪,调无形气机升降,复气津输布之常。目前肠道菌群已成为防治2型糖尿病的潜在靶点和重要方向,肠道菌群失调与2型糖尿病关系密切,二者互为因果,相互影响。清化脾胃湿热及调治中焦气机之法通过调节肠道菌群,进而降低血糖及改善胰岛素抵抗,其思路即源自“土郁夺之”。本文从肠道菌群角度探讨“土郁夺之”核心治法之祛实邪、调升降、资化源在防治2型糖尿病中的应用,为相关治疗提供参考。

“Tuyu Duozhi”is one of the important therapeutic principle based on the unfavorable situation of middle-jiao qi activity and middle-jiao in the block of visible pathogenic factors,its core idea is to eliminate the visible pathogenic factors of the middle-jiao,adjust the ascending and descending of the invisible qi activity,and restore the transportation of qi and body fluid.At present,intestinal flora has become a potential target and important direction for the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes,and dysbacteriosis is closely related to type 2 diabetes,which is causal and affects each other.The therapeutic method of eliminating dampness and heat of spleen and regulating middle-jiao qi activity can reduce blood glucose and improve insulin resistance through regulating intestinal flora,the idea of which is derived from“Tuyu Duozhi”.In this paper,we explore the application of“Tuyu Duozhi”core decouple method of eliminating the visible pathogens,adjusting the ascending and descending of qi activity,and tonifying qi and body fluid in the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes from the perspective of intestinal flora,so as to provide a reference for relevant treatment.
