中医医案临床证据应用与疗效评价体系探索

Exploration of Clinical Evidence Application and Efficacy Evaluation System of TCM Medical Cases

个案研究是中医临床实践的常见研究形式,中医医案更是中医著作的重要组成部分,医案蕴含的丰富思想对指导中医临床及科研具有重要意义。目前,中医医案临床证据应用与疗效评价缺乏成体系的研究路径和方法学指导,导致大量中医医案中的宝贵临床经验难以转化为临床实践可参考的循证证据。为此,本文基于对中医医案和病例报告研究特点的分析,提出中医医案临床证据应用与疗效评价体系,即确立筛选标准、分类提取信息、综合应用实践的数据三级分析体系,并对中医医案学术研究提出相应建议,以期为中医医案在中医临床与科研中发挥更重要的作用提供借鉴。

Case study is a common research form of TCM clinical practice,and TCM medical cases are an important part of TCM classics.The enriched experience contained in TCM medical cases is of great significance to guide clinical practice and scientific research.At present,there is a lack of systematic research path and methodological guidance for the application of clinical evidence application and efficacy evaluation of TCM medical cases,which directly leads to the difficulty of transforming a great deal of valuable clinical experience in TCM medical cases into evidence-based evidence for clinical practice.Under this background,this article raised a new three-level data analysis system for the clinical evidence application and efficacy evaluation of TCM medical cases,i.e.establishing screening criteria,classifying and extracting information,and comprehensively applying data from practice,based on the analysis of the characteristics of TCM medical cases and case reports.In addition,it proposed relating suggestions for the academic research of TCM medical cases,in order to provide reference for TCM medical records to play a more important role in TCM clinical and scientific research.
