Experience of Cheng Choufu in Treating Apoplexy Sequelae

本文介绍程丑夫教授论治中风后遗症经验。程教授认为,中风后遗症病机乃本虚标实,虚实夹杂,脾虚、气血虚为发病之本,瘀血、痰浊为标;治以补虚扶正、健脾补益气血为基础,泻实祛邪,注重活血通络、祛痰。并结合多年临床经验将中风后遗症分为肝风痰热证,脾虚肝旺、风痰阻络证,气虚血瘀证,分别选用导痰汤、醒脾汤、补阳还五汤加减,可为临床相关治疗提供指导。

This article mainly introduced Professor Cheng Choufu’s experience in treating apoplexy sequelae.Professor Cheng Choufu believes that the pathogenesis of this disease is deficiency in nature and excess in superficiality,simultaneous occurrence of deficiency and excess syndrome,that spleen deficiency and qi-blood deficiency are the origin of the disease,that blood stasis and phlegm are the superficiality;therefore,the treatment should be based on reinforcing deficiency and strengthening healthy qi,tonifying spleen and reinforcing qi and blood,and combined with purging excess and eliminating pathogenic factors.Combined with clinical experience of many years,Professor Cheng divides apoplexy sequelae into liver wind and phlegm heat syndrome,spleen deficiency and liver excess,wind phlegm and meridian blockage syndrome,and qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,which should be treated with modified Daotan Decoction,Xingpi Decoction,Buyang Huanwu Decoction,and can provide guidance for clinical related treatment.
