宁夏783例老年人抗生素使用行为对其生命质量影响的调查

Investigation of the Influence of Antibiotic Using Behavior on the Quality of Life of 783 Elderly in Ningxia

目的分析宁夏地区老年人抗生素使用行为对健康相关生命质量的影响,进而为提高老年人生命质量的健康教育提供更有力的证据。方法采取整群随机抽样的方法,从宁夏银川市、大武口区、同心县及隆德县四市(县)中分别随机抽取3个社区共800人作为调查对象进行入户结构访问问卷调查,问卷内容包括基本信息、抗生素使用行为及健康相关生命质量(EQ-5D)。结果居住在城镇、饮食荤素搭配、经常锻炼、一年内有体检、及时就医的老年人其抗生素使用行为得分高,与其他老年人相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);男性、60~70岁年龄段、城镇户口、有配偶、饮食偏荤食、偶尔服用保健品、未患慢性病、未患重大疾病的老年人生命质量高于其他老年人(P均<0.05)。老年人抗生素使用得分与健康相关生命质量存在正相关(r=0.47,P<0.05)。多重线性分析得出:性别、婚姻状况、是否患慢性疾病、是否患重大疾病及抗生素使用行为成为老年人健康相关生命质量的影响因素(P均<0.05)。结论老年人不良抗生素使用行为影响其健康相关生命质量。

Objective To analyze the influence of antibiotic use on health-related quality of life of the elserly in Ningxia,and to provide more evidence for health education to improve the quality of life of the elderly.Methods A total of 800 people from three communities in Yinchuan City,Dawukou District,Tongxin Eounty and Longde County of Ningxia were randomly selected as respondents to conduct household structure interview questionnaire survey,which included basic information,antibiotic use behavior and health-related quality of life(EQ-5D).Results The elderly who live in cities and towns,eat meat and vegetables,exercise regularly,have physical examination within one year,and go to the doctor in time had a high score of antibiotic use behavior,which was statistically significant different from other elderly people(P<0.05);The quality of life of male,60-70 years old,urban,married,meat eating,occasionally taking health care products,not suffering from chronic diseases,and not suffering from major diseases was higher than that of other elderly(P all<0.05).There was a positive correlation between the score of antibiotic use and health-related quality of life in the elderly(r=0.47,P<0.05).Multilinear analysis showed that gender,marital status,whether suffering from chronic diseases,whether suffering from major diseases and antibiotic use behavior were the influencing factors of health-related quality of life of the elderly(P all<0.05).Conclusion The adverse antibiotic use behavior of the elderly affects their health-related quality of life.
