醒脑静联合正中神经电刺激对脑出血昏迷患者的效果

Effects of Xingnaojing combined with median nerve electrical stimulation on coma patients with cerebral hemorrhage

目的:探讨脑出血昏迷患者给予醒脑静联合正中神经电治疗仪治疗对临床疗效、脑电图表现及预后的影响。方法:选取2020年8月至2021年7月上饶市人民医院收治的脑出血昏迷患者64例,采用随机数字表法分成观察组与对照组,每组32例。对照组给予正中神经电治疗仪治疗,观察组给予醒脑静联合正中神经电治疗仪治疗,比较两组临床疗效、EEG情况、格拉斯哥昏迷量表(GCS)评分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分及不良反应。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(96.9%比75.0%,P<0.05)。两组治疗后GCS评分提高(P<0.05),观察组较对照组评分更高(P<0.05)。两组治疗后EEG评分提高(P<0.05),观察组较对照组评分更高(P<0.05);治疗后观察组EEG表现优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后NIHSS评分降低(P<0.05),观察组较对照组评分更低(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(9.4%比3.1%,P>0.05)。结论:脑出血昏迷患者给予醒脑静联合正中神经电刺激治疗,能够提高临床疗效,改善EEG情况及神经功能,且安全性较高。

Objective:To explore the effects of Xingnaojing combined with median nerve electrical stimulation on clinical efficacy,EEG manifestation and prognosis in coma patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:A total of 64 coma patients with cerebral hemorrhage who were admitted in Shangrao People's Hospital from August 2020 to July 2021 were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.Patients were treated with median nerve electrotherapy instrument in the control group,combined with Xingnaojing treatment on the basis of the control group in the observation group.The clinical efficacy,EEG,Glasgow coma scale(GCS)score,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(96.9%vs.75.0%,P<0.05).The GCS scores in the two groups were increased after the treatment(P<0.05),and the score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the EEG score in the observation group was higher after the treatment(P<0.05),and the EEG performance was better(P<0.05).The NIHSS score in the two groups was decreased after the treatment(P<0.05),and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(9.4%vs.3.1%,P>0.05).Conclusion:Xingnaojing combined with median nerve electrical stimulation for coma patients with cerebral hemorrhage can improve the clinical efficacy,EEG and neurological function,with higher safety.
