摘要
针对目前产教融合协作信息平台存在的校企协作困难、学生在和企业交流过程中的安全隐患、新环境下用户缺少帮助和平台运维成本高等问题,引入众包模式协同工作,将检索式与生成式有效结合的智能客服机器人科研成果引入产教融合领域信息系统的研究,将其转化为项目式课程资源,建立促进产教联盟平台良性发展的正向激励机制,以及能够及时保障用户权益的安全预警机制。
In view of the difficulties of school-enterprise cooperation,the security risks of students in the process of communication with enterprises,the lack of help from users in the new environment,and the high operation and maintenance cost of the platform,the crowdsourcing mode is introduced to work together,and the research results of intelligent customer service robots,which are effectively combined with retrieval and generation,are introduced into the research of information system in the field of industry-education integration,which is transformed into project-based curriculum resources,and a positive incentive mechanism to promote the healthy development of the platform of industry-education alliance and a safety early warning mechanism to protect users’rights and interests in time are established.
