“三全育人”视角下高校网络思想政治教育困境及路径探究

On the Predicament and Path of NetworkIdeological and Political Education in Universities from the Perspective of“Three-wide Education”

充分利用现代信息技术,推进网络思想政治教育的实施,是满足新时代三全育人要求的重要策略。三全育人视角下积极开展网络思想政治教育有利于丰富思想政治理论内涵,革新高校思想政治教育方式,创新思想政治教育载体,提升高校思想政治教育影响力和感染力,促进学生全面发展。但现阶段高校网络思想政治教育的开展受到校内外环境、科学技术、师资队伍等因素的影响,效率欠佳。为进一步提升高校网络思想政治教育工作实效,需要从全程、全员、全方位视角进行有机联动,完善网络思想政治教育体系,创新思想政治教育内容和方式,构建高水平师资队伍,以推动高校网络思想政治教育工作的高质量发展。

Making full use of modern information technology to promote the implementation of network ideological and po⁃litical education is an important strategy to meet the requirements of"three-wide education"of the new era.From the perspective of"three-wide education",actively carrying out online ideological and political education is conducive to enriching the connotation of ideological and political theory,reforming the way of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,innovating the carrier of ideological and political education,enhancing the influence and appeal of ideo⁃logical and political education,and promoting the all-round development of students.However,at this stage,the development of network ideological and political education in colleges and universities is affected by the internal and external environment,science and technology,teachers and other factors,and the efficiency is low.In order to further improve the effectiveness,it is necessary to carry out organic linkage from the perspective of“the whole process,all staff and all directions”to improve the network ideological and political education system,to innovate the content and methods of ideologi⁃cal and political education,and build a high-level teaching team to promote the high-quality development of the network ideological and political education.
