摘要
“十四五”时期,乌鲁木齐市围绕社会稳定和长治久安总目标,推进紧贴民生经济高质量发展,立足于人才强市战略,必须面对和解决专业技术人才流失问题,本文从对乌鲁木齐市专业技术流失状况和原因分析入手,通过认识专业技术人才价值和特点,结合乌鲁木齐市实际,对乌鲁木齐市专业技术人才建设和发展提出对策建议,以期能改善专业技术人才流失,有助于人才强市战略有力推进。
During the"14th Five-Year Plan"period,Urumqi City,focusing on the general goal of social stability and longterm stability,promoting the high-quality economic development closely related to people's livelihood,needs to face and solve the problem of professional and technical personnel drain based on the strategy of strengthening the city with talents.The paper analyzes the situation and causes of professional and technical personnel drain in Urumqi city,explores the value and characteristics of professional and technical personnel,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the construction and development of professional and technical talents in Urumqi combined with the actual situation of Urumqi in order to improve the loss of professional and technical talents and promote of the strategy of strengthening the city with talents.
