盐碱胁迫对工业大麻生长发育的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为探讨工业大麻对盐碱胁迫适应机制,以耐受型品种火麻一号和敏感型品种金刀-15为试验材料,采集pH值为7.5、8.1、8.7和9.3的苏打盐碱土进行盆栽试验,研究盐碱胁迫对工业大麻农艺性状、光合参数及根部生长发育的影响。结果表明,工业大麻受到的抑制作用随土壤pH值上升而增强,当土壤pH值超过9.3时,工业大麻全部萎蔫死亡。随着土壤盐渍程度的加剧,根部MDA和Pro含量、CAT和SOD活性呈上升趋势;Ca 2+含量、K+/Na+值和叶片的光合特性呈下降趋势。土壤盐碱胁迫通过抑制气孔导度而抑制工业大麻的光合作用,进而抑制工业大麻的生长;根部通过积累脯氨酸、提高超氧化物歧化酶活性,增强工业大麻对盐碱环境的适应性。 In order to investigate the response mechanism of industrial hemp under salt-alkali stress,Huoma No.1 with saline-alkaline tolerance and Jindao-15 with saline-alkali sensitive were used in this study.The experiment was conducted by pot culture that soda-saline-alkali soils of different pH values(7.5,8.1,8.7,and 9.3)were used as the culture pot.The effects of salt-alkali stress on agronomic characters,photosynthetic parameters and root growth of industrial hemp were studied.The results showed that with the increase of soil pH value,the inhibition effect of industrial hemp increased.And when soil pH value exceeded 9.3,all industrial hemps were faded and died.With the aggravation of soil salinization,the contents of MDA and Pro and the activities of CAT and SOD in roots increased.The Ca 2+content,K+/Na+value and photosynthetic characteristics of leaves also decreased.Soil saline-alkali stress inhibitted the photosynthesis of industrial hemp by inhibitting stomatal conductance,and then inhibitting its growth.The adaptability of industrial hemp to salt-alkali environment was enhanced by accumulating Pro and increasing SOD activity.
