摘要
发芽率是种子质量检测的重要指标,采用高发芽率的种子用于生产,是确保农业生产安全的重要举措。传统的种子发芽率检测方法需要耗费大量专业技术人员的劳动力,且存在主观不确定性。针对这一问题,引入图像分析方法,在培养箱中构建图像实时采集系统,获取种子图像;并针对培养箱中的暗光环境,设计相应的种子发芽检测算法,分析当前图像中种子的总数和已经发芽的种子数,计算发芽率。以油菜种子发芽为例进行了实验验证,证明了该系统的有效性。可应用于种子的选育工作,也可用于当前种子质量评价方法的验证工具,有效提高育种工作人员的工作效率。
Germination rate is an important index of seed quality testing.Using high germination rate seeds for production is an important measure to ensure the safety of agricultural production.However,the traditional method of seed germination rate detection needed a large number of labor force of professional and technical personnel and had subjective uncertainty.To solve this problem,the method of image analysis was introduced,and the real-time image acquisition system was built in the incubator to obtain the seed image.Aiming at the dark light environment in the incubator,the corresponding seed germination detection algorithm was designed to analyze the total number of seeds in the current image and the number of seeds that had been germinated,and calculated the germination rate.Taking rape seed germination as an example,the experimental results showed that the system was effective.The detection system could be used in seed selection,as well as the verification tool of current seed quality evaluation method,which effectively improved the work efficiency of breeders.
