考虑路径偏差的化工区物流设施布局规划方法

摘要 化工区物流设施包括港口、物流中心、配送中心、物流线路等,在对其布局规划过程中容易破坏线路的连通性,产生一定的路径偏差,从而导致物流运作效率降低﹒基于此,本文在考虑路径偏差的基础上提出了一种化工区物流设施布局的规划方法﹒首先,明确布局规划的实际情况和各功能区间的关联,设定物流路径最大的容忍偏差距离;其次,采用系统设施布置方法构建规划布局模型,确定布局规划目标函数并设定约束条件;最后,运用遗传算法求解,获取最终的布局规划结果﹒研究表明:该方法规划后的化工区物流设施布局发生的偏差结果均在25 m以内,具备良好的应用效果;布局规划后的各功能区可相互关联;布局规划的结果评分均在70分以上,满足实际应用需求. The logistics facilities in the chemical industry area include ports,logistics centers,distribution centers,logistics lines,etc.In the process of layout planning,it is easy to reduce the connectivity of the line,resulting in a certain path deviation,which leads to the reduction of logistics operation efficiency.Therefore,the layout planning method of logistics facilities in chemical industry area is proposed on the basis of considering the path deviation.Firstly,the relationship between the actual situation of layout planning and each functional interval is clarified,and the maximum tolerance deviation distance of logistics path is set.Secondly,the system facility layout method is used to construct the planning layout model to determine the objective function of layout planning and to set constraints.Finally,the genetic algorithm is used to solve the final layout planning results.The results show that the deviation results of the layout of logistics facilities in the chemical industry area after planning by this method are all within 25 m,which has a good application effect.After layout planning,the functional areas can be related to each other,and the result scores of layout planning are above 70 points,which can meet the needs of practical application.
