摘要 铝合金模板施工建造的混凝土面层基体光滑,在实际工程施工中存在采用免抹灰工艺的做法,但是普遍无法达到抹灰工程的垂平要求,对于外饰面复杂、精度要求、外墙外保温和外墙砖饰面等复杂建筑工程,需要采取抹灰做法时,严重影响抹灰的粘结力,比常规木模工艺基体的空鼓率高。通过参观走访和试验,采用水拉毛或钢刷打毛做法处理基层并未能超过使用木模工艺的基体效果,增强铝模混凝土表层粘结力施工技术的应用克服了混凝土表层粘结力不足的情况,为同类工程提供借鉴经验。 The aluminum alloy template construction of concrete pavement base is smooth,exist in the actual engineering construction from rendering process approach,but generally not required for rendering engineering vertical flat for outside facing complex and precision requirements,exterior insulation and wall brick facing complex construction projects,such as,When plastering is needed,the bonding force of plastering is seriously affected,which is higher than that of the matrix of conventional wood molding process.In this paper,through visits and tests,the method of using water or steel brush to treat the base can not exceed the matrix effect of using wood mold technology,and the application of construction technology to enhance the surface adhesion of aluminum mold concrete overcomes the situation of insufficient surface adhesion of concrete,providing reference experience for similar projects.
