高效建造中地上室内穿插施工实施要点

KEY POINTS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ABOVE GROUND AND INDOOR INTERSPERSED CONSTRUCTION IN EFFICIENT CONSTRUCTION

目前国内各总承包企业发展高效建造穿插施工技术的势头越来越显著,采用高效建造穿插施工技术,对工程项目的工期、质量、安全、成本均能有较好控制。根据工程项目的特征可以划分为地上室内、屋面及外立面、地下室、室外园林等4个板块,其中地上室内板块的穿插施工尤为重要。以某住宅类EPC工程总承包项目为例,从穿插施工的前期策划、设计及工艺优化、资源配置、总承包管理等几方面,对地上室内板块的穿插施工实施要点进行阐述说明。

At present,the momentum of domestic general contracting enterprises to develop efficient construction technology is becoming more and more significant.Using efficient construction technology can better control the construction period,quality,safety and cost of the project.According to the characteristics of the project,it can be divided into four parts,namely,the indoor part above the ground,the roof and the facade,the basement,and the outdoor garden,among which the interspersed construction of the indoor part above the ground is particularly important.Taking a residential EPC project as an example,this paper expounds the key points of the implementation of the interspersed construction of the above ground and indoor plates from the aspects of the early planning,design and process optimization,resource allocation,and general contracting management of the interspersed construction.
