摘要
在项目施工过程中施工单位普遍会选用各种新兴技术来实现降本增效的目的,但是很多技术运用时都是相对独立,如需要通过翻模来实现BIM建模;如BIM技术无法更好的运用到施工现场;如3D打印相关技术中对模型的上色成为现阶段成本以及技术难点;如AR常见运用还停留在扫描图纸显现模型等程度。对已有的一套建筑信息通常需要重复搭建,有必要在当前背景下进行深入的分析探讨。先阐述了施工单位BIM技术的相关运用、接着从BIM与3D打印技术的融入、BIM与AR技术之间的融合、以及3D打印与AR技术之间的联动、项目运用效益问题4个方面,综合全面的探讨新BIM XR技术之间联合运用的方法价值和未来发展。
In the process of project construction,the construction company will generally choose various emerging technologies to achieve the goal of cost reduction and efficiency increase,but many technologies are relatively independent when applied,such as the need to achieve BIM modeling through mold turnover;For example,BIM technology cannot be better applied to the construction site;for example,the coloring of models in 3D printing related technologies has become a cost and technical difficulty at this stage;for example,the common application of AR still stays in the extent of scanning drawings to show models.The existing set of building information usually needs to be built repeatedly,so it is necessary to conduct in-depth analysis and discussion in the current context.This paper first expounds the relevant application of BIM technology of the construction unit,and then comprehensively discusses the method value and future development of the joint application of the new BIM XR technology from four aspects:the integration of BIM and 3D printing technology,the integration of BIM and AR technology,the linkage between 3D printing and AR technology,and the project application benefit..
