摘要
顶管工程常遇各种地下不明障碍物(地下孤石、废弃管、废弃工程桩及围护桩、未回收锚索、未探明管线、边坡抗滑桩及现状重要建筑物桩基等),安全快速有效地处理不明障碍物具有非常大的工程意义。泥水平衡顶管施工遇不明障碍物时,采用非机械顶管反向顶进,清除地下不明障碍物后,再通过反向拖出顶管机,可实施性、安全性均有保证;套管技术(反向套管法)可应对顶管上方存在重要建(构)筑物、无法迁改管线及河流等环境,技术成熟,施工风险低,在方案选择上具有很大的优势,能有效解决障碍物问题。
Pipe jacking projects often encounter various underground unknown obstacles(underground boulders,abandoned pipes,abandoned engineering piles and retaining piles,unrecovered anchor cables,undiscovered pipelines,slope anti-slide piles and pile foundations of important buildings at present),it is of great engineering significance to deal with the unknown obstacle safely and quickly.When the mud-water balance pipe jacking met with unknown obstacles,the non-mechanical pipe jacking was adopted,after the underground unknown obstacles were cleared,the pipe jacking machine was dragged out in the opposite direction,and the feasibility and safety were guaranteed Casing Technology(reverse casing method)can cope with the environment such as important building(structure),unable to relocate pipelines and rivers above the pipe jacking,the technology is mature,the construction risk is low,the scheme selection has great advantage,can effectively solve the obstacle problem.
