大型综合体混凝土梁柱关键节点改造施工与BIM模拟研究

摘要 以武汉万达电影乐园改造项目为例介绍框架柱新增环梁加固施工技术。通过BIM建模模拟研究,对新增环梁复杂的钢筋构造、模板、混凝土浇筑等施工节点进行反复论证优化,形成一套包含植筋、钢筋绑扎、模板加固等关键控制点。依照验收标准固化框架柱新增环梁加固工程,使其不仅能实现混凝土结构一次浇筑成型符合结构安全验收标准,同时观感更佳,期望这一项目的施工技术也能为同类工程提供借鉴和应用。 This paper mainly introduces the reinforcement construction technology of newly added ring beam for frame column of Wuhan Wanda Movie Park reconstruction project.Through BIM modeling and simulation research,the complex reinforcement structure,formwork,concrete pouring and other construction nodes of the new ring beam are repeatedly demonstrated and optimized,forming a set of key control points including planting reinforcement,steel binding,formwork reinforcement and so on.The solidification method of the reinforcement project of the newly added ring beam of the frame column is carried out to ensure that the newly added concrete structure is cast and formed at one time,and the appearance,feeling and structural safety meet the acceptance standards,so as to provide reference experience for similar projects.
