摘要
本文主要分析工程建设项目质量管理中遇到的困难点,并针对困难点提出有效的管理措施,主要从地质勘查工作、施工图纸设计、落实质量第一理念、打造信息共享平台、强化质量责任制的落实等方面进行,以供参考。
This paper mainly analyzes the difficulties encountered in the quality management of engineering construction projects,and puts forward effective management measures for the difficulties,mainly from the aspects of geological exploration,construction drawing design,implementation of the quality first concept,building information sharing platform,strengthening the implementation of the quality responsibility system,etc.,for reference.
