摘要
以徐州德基广场项目C地块东塔为例,概述了因功能改变及设计规范标准变化引起的项目结构改造方案设计。原建筑结构外框施工至6层,核心筒的筒体施工至14层(68.00 m),核心筒楼板施工至13层(63.70 m)后停工。项目重启后,根据市场需求,对原建筑的业态与建筑功能调整,结构相应进行了续建的各项计算分析,分别在结构布置、分析计算和结构加固等方面进行了阐述,各项计算指标满足国家规范要求。
Taking the east tower of plot C of Xuzhou Deji Plaza project as an example,this paper summarizes the structural renovation design of the project caused by the change of function and design specifications.The outer frame of the original building structure was constructed to the 6th floor,the core tube was constructed to the 14th floor(68.00 m),and the core tube floor was stopped after the 13th floor(63.70 m).After the restart of the project,according to the market demand,the business type and building function of the original building were adjusted,and the structure was calculated and analyzed accordingly.This paper described the structural layout,analysis and calculation,and structural reinforcement,and all the calculated indexes met the requirements of the national code.
