空心板下穿高速铁路设计难点分析及对策 被引量:1

摘要 以某新建公路下穿盐通高铁为实例,研究了空心板结构下穿高速铁路桥梁段的设计难点,对方案可行性、支座更换不利、施工吊装困难等难点给出了具体设计方案。经实施验证表明,采用空心板结构下穿高铁桥梁工序简单、工期较短、方案合理;采用小吨位钢支座可大幅提高支座耐久性,减少后期支座更换;空心板吊装时采用分幅吊装加贝雷梁辅助吊装,可提高吊机作业能力,减小施工过程中对高铁既有桥梁的影响。 Taking a new highway passing through Yantong high-speed railway as an example,this paper studied the design difficulties of hollow slab structure passing through the bridge section of high-speed railway,and gived a specific design scheme for the difficulties such as scheme feasibility,unfavorable bearing replacement and difficult construction and hoisting.The implementation verification shows that the process of passing through highspeed railway bridge with hollow slab structure is relatively simple,the construction period is short and the scheme is reasonable;The use of small tonnage steel bearing can greatly improve the durability of the bearing and reduce the replacement of the bearing in the later stage;during the hoisting of hollow slab,split hoisting and Bailey beam are used to assist the hoisting,which can improve the crane operation capacity and reduce the impact on the existing bridges of high-speed railway during the construction process.
