摘要
目前企业变电站分合闸操作以变电站值班员人工操作为主,普遍存在电气操作不规范、电气操作确认环节效率低等问题,导致电气作业事故时有发生。为防止事故的发生,分析了一键顺控系统的组成结构和数据逻辑关系及智能操作票管理系统,对常用的开票方式进行拓展,提出智能开票和图形开票模式,并针对顺控操作系统进行研究引入视频联动系统,实现断路器视频联动控制。实践表明该系统能够高效准确的实现变电站电气设备的分合闸操作,并极大地提高作业效率。
At present,the substation switch operation is mainly operated manually by the substation duty officer,and problems such as irregular electrical operation and low effi⁃ciency of electrical operation confirmation link are widely existed,which lead to electrical operation accidents from time to time.In order to prevents accidents,the composition struc⁃ture and data logic relationship of the one-click sequential control system and the intelli⁃gent invoicing management system are analyzed,the common invoicing methods are ex⁃panded,intelligent invoicing and graphic invoicing modes are proposed,and the video link⁃age system is introduced for the study of the sequential control system to realize the video control of circuit breakers.Practice shows that the system can efficiently and accurately real⁃ize the substation electrical equipment switching,which greatly improves the operational effi⁃ciency.
