改良夜间最小流量法评估工业企业生活供水管道泄漏工况

摘要 针对工业企业生活水管道运行环境差,管道易受损泄漏,很少能做到三级计量,发现漏损不易排查的特点,通过改良夜间最小流量法,采用供水总表进行测量,分区关闭阀门,分析总供水流量计的变化,经济简单的排查出漏水区域,对工业企业分散式生活水管网检漏具有很好的示范作用。 In view of the problems that poor operating environment of industrial enterprises’living water pipelines,the pipelineswere prone to damage and leak,and rarely achieved three-level measurement,the leakage was not easy to investigate,by improving the minimum night flow method,carrying out the measurement with the total water supply meter,closing valves in partition,and analyzing the change of the total water supply flow meter,to achieve economical and simple troubleshooting ofwater leakage areas,which has a good demonstration effect on the leakage detec⁃tion of decentralized domestic water pipe network of industrial enterprises.
