摘要
介绍了马钢2130酸洗连轧线入口自动控制程序的优化。通过对故障现象的讨论分析,找到了控制程序的不足之处;通过系统优化改造,解决了生产过程中带尾停止不准或冲出的问题,提高了带钢的成材率。
The optimization of the automatic control program of the entrance of 2130 pickling continuous rolling line in Masteel is introduced.Through the discussion and analysis of the failure,the deficiencies of the control system were found.The problems of inaccurate stopping or slip-out of the strip tail during the production process were solved via the system optimization and transforma⁃tion,leading to the increase of strip yield.
