摘要
介绍了化学团聚除尘技术在武钢某烧机头除尘中试验情况。研究表明:化学团聚技术在一定的工况条件下能够实现烧结机头电除尘提效。化学团聚除尘装置投运后,人工粉尘浓度检测报告显示,电除尘器出口粉尘浓度降低了36%。在线粉尘浓度测试仪检测结果显示,除尘器出口粉尘浓度下降33%。试验为烧结烟气治理工艺的选择提供了方案。
The test of chemical agglomeration dedusting technology in a sintering ma⁃chine head of WISCO is introduced.The study shows that chemical agglomeration technol⁃ogy could improve the sintering machine head dedusting efficiency under certain working conditions.After the chemical agglomeration dedusting device was put into operation,the manual dust concentration test report showed that the dust concentration at the outlet of the electrostatic precipitator was reduced by 36%.The online dust concentration tester results showed that the dust concentration at the outlet of the dust collector was reduced by 33%.The test provided a solution for the selection of sintering flue gas treatment process.
