摘要
概述了平朔一号井选煤厂存在的问题。通过分析原煤的粒度组成发现,小于6 mm的粉煤不入洗质量就能满足产品要求,因此制定了弹性筛板改造方案,并进行了改造前后各项指标对比及效益分析。改造后减少了筛孔堵塞现象,提高了分级效率,减少了系统中的煤泥量,达到连续生产、提高产品质量、降低絮凝剂用量、降低电耗,显著提高了动力煤选煤厂经济效益。
This paper summarizes the problems existing in Pingshuo No.1 Mine Coal Preparation Plant.By analyzing the particle size composition of raw coal,it is found that the quality of pulverized coal less than 6 mm can meet the product requirements without further separation.Therefore,the transformation scheme of elastic sieve plate is proposed.The comparison of various indicators before and after the transformation and the benefit analysis are carried out.The results show that the clogging phenomenon of screen is reduced,which is contributed to the improvement of grading efficiency.The amount of coal slime in the system is reduce,which in turn promotes the continuous production and product quality,reduces flocculant consumption and power consumption.The economic benefits of power coal preparation plant are significantly improved.
