摘要
通过对低压MNS配电柜的改造以及PLC程序的编程,实现选煤厂安全化、流程化的远程停送电操作,在停送电时与轨道式机器人联动,通过轨道式机器人携带的摄像机查看停送电设备的实时画面。流程化低压远程停送电系统的应用,解决了申请单填写不规范、纸质单据流转效率低、签字审批消耗时间长、未严格按照规程次序操作、记录信息不完整、出现问题不易追溯等问题,提高了工作效率和生产效率。
In view of the realization of remote control and online operation for the low-voltage power outage and transmission system of the coal preparation plant,the safe and streamlined remote power outage and transmission operation is realized through the transformation of the low-voltage MNS distribution cabinet and the programming of the PLC program.During the power outage and transmission,it is linked with the rail type robot,and the real-time picture of the power outage and transmission equipment is viewed through the camera carried by the rail type robot.The application of the process based low-voltage remote power cut and transmission system has solved the problems of nonstandard filling of application forms,low circulation efficiency of paper documents,long signing and approval time,not strictly following the sequence of procedures,incomplete record information,and difficult to trace problems,and improved the work efficiency and production efficiency.
