摘要
针对上榆泉煤矿洗选中心原有控制系统采用继电联锁控制带来的控制线路复杂,生产适应性较差,灵活性不能满足多系统灵活生产的要求的问题,设计了PLC逻辑控制系统,采用GE系统为主系统,配合新安装的AB系统实现主要生产系统的自动控制系统,根据不同设备的控制原理复杂程度分别设计了初级、中级、高级的单机启停控制,结合现场工艺流程特点,采用了单机逻辑控制、启停车流程控制、独立子系统控制3种控制方式组合应用的模式,实现了选煤厂生产系统的高度自动化,减少了设备故障,提高了生产效率,节约了生产能耗,降低了员工劳动强度,同时为智能化建设奠定了坚实的基础。
In view of the problems caused by the relay interlocking control adopted in the original control system of Shangyuquan coal mine washing center,such as complex control circuit,poor production adaptability and flexibility,which can not meet the requirements of flexible production of multiple systems,a PLC logic control system is designed,which adopts Ge system as the main system and cooperates with the newly installed AB system to realize the automatic control system of the main production system,According to the complexity of the control principles of different equipment,the primary,intermediate and advanced single machine start and stop control principles are designed respectively.Combined with the characteristics of the on-site process flow,the combined application mode of single machine logic control,start and stop process control and independent subsystem control is adopted to realize the high automation of the production system of the coal preparation plant and reduce the equipment failure,It improves the production efficiency,saves the production energy consumption,reduces the labor intensity of employees,and lays a solid foundation for the construction of intelligence.
