跳汰机洗选检测系统的开发

摘要 原煤灰分、产品质量、风水调节制度、中精矸段排料情况、斗提带料量、风压及水压是影响跳汰选煤的重要因素,但是参数检测不齐全、不准确导致跳汰机调节没有科学依据,过度依赖经验,人为因素影响严重;重点环节监控不到位导致洗选效率无法提升和设备损坏,从而造成洗选效率下降且产品合格率较低。介绍了采用智能采样机、传感器技术开发的跳汰机洗选参数检测系统的组成及工作原理,该系统可实时检测洗选参数并上传至控制系统,与生产控制系统相融合,为跳汰机洗选调节控制提供坚实的数据基础,为生产过程中灰分回控提供依据,提高了洗选效率和产品质量。 Raw coal ash content,product quality,air and water regulation system,Discharge of gangue section of medium coal and clean coal,Carrying capacity of bucket elevator,air pressure and water pressure are important factors affecting jigging coal preparation.However,incomplete and inaccurate parameter detection leads to no scientific basis for jigging machine adjustment,excessive reliance on experience,and serious impact of human factors;Inadequate monitoring of key links led to the failure to improve the washing efficiency and equipment damage,which led to a decline in the washing efficiency and low product qualification rate.The composition and working principle of jigging machine developed by intelligent coal sampler and sensor technology are introduced.The system can detect washing parameters in real time and upload them to the control system,The system detects and uploads the washing parameters through intelligent sampler and sensor technology,and integrates with the production control system to provide a solid data basis for the jigging washing adjustment control,provide a basis for Ash value control in the production process,and improve the washing efficiency and product quality.
