摘要
亭南选煤厂针对压滤煤泥水分大、产品质量差的问题,采用菲特薄膜超高压压滤机代替现有快开隔膜压滤机处理0.25 mm以下细颗粒煤泥,将压滤煤泥水分从27.98%降低至18.03%,大大提升了产品质量,不但每年创造了3009万元的经济效益,同时大大提高了矿物资源的利用率。
Aiming at the problems of high moisture content and poor product quality in coal preparation plant press-filtered slime.Tingnan Coal Preparation Plant uses Fette film ultra-high pressure filter instead of quick-opening diaphragm filter press to process fine-grained slime below 0.25mm,which reduces the moisture content of filter-pressed slime from 27.98%to 18.03%,greatly improving product quality.Not only has the economic benefit of 30.09 million yuan been created every year,but also the utilization rate of mineral resources has been greatly improved.
