动力煤选煤厂3 mm深度筛分与高效分选工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 哈尔乌素选煤厂为进一步提高原煤入选率,增加精煤产量,利用现有串联的弛张筛,将干法脱粉下限降到3 mm;按照相关标准,对弛张筛3 mm干法脱粉的筛分效果及重介浅槽分选200~3 mm的分选效果进行分析。研究发现:处理能力为760~1100 t/h时,一段弛张筛筛分效率为85.71%~91.64%,煤泥脱除率为93.89%~99.29%;二段弛张筛筛分效率为88.96%~96.21%,煤泥脱除率为97.46%~99.86%。重介浅槽分选机中的物料随着粒度的降低,分选密度及可能偏差均逐渐增加,各粒级实际分选密度为1.700~1.958 g/cm^(3),可能偏差为0.033~0.175 g/cm^(3);处理能力在760~1100 t/h时,实际分选密度为1.747~1.891 g/cm^(3),可能偏差为0.022~0.124 g/cm^(3)。 In order to further improve the raw coal selection rate and increase the yield of cleaned coal,Halwusu Coal Preparation Plant uses the existing series relaxation test to reduce the lower limit of dry cleaning of powder removal to 3 mm.According to the relevant standards,the screening effect of 3 mm dry powder removal method and 200 to 3 mm sorting effect were analyzed.The study found that when the processing capacity is 760~1100 t/h,first screening efficiency is 85.71%~91.64%,coal slime removal rate is 93.89%~99.29%and second relaxation screening efficiency is 88.96%~96.21%,and coal slime removal rate is 97.46%~99.86%.Both the sorting density and possible deviation of the material increase gradually.The actual separation density is 1.700~1.958 g/cm^(3),and the possible deviation is 0.033~0.175 g/cm^(3).When the processing capacity is 760~1100 t/h,the actual sorting density is 1.747~1.891 g/cm^(3),and the possible deviation is 0.022~0.124 g/cm^(3).
