摘要 介绍了基于浓缩机液面深度与浓度变化梯度建立的浓缩工艺自动控制系统,研究了浓缩效率、澄清系数、底流固体回收率等评价指标值与监测浓度值的换算关系,实时将评价指标值进行比对分析,实现药剂添加量和底流固体排料量的自动在线控制;设计的浓缩机液面消泡装置可进一步降低溢流浓度,全面保障浓缩机的高效运行。 An automatic control system for concentration process based on the concentration gradient and the depth of the thickener is introduced.The conversion relationship between the evaluation index values and monitoring concentration values of concentration efficiency,clarification coefficient,solid recovery rate of bottom flow was studied.The evaluation index values were compared and analyzed in real time.As a result,the automatic on-line control of the dosage of medicament and the discharge of underflow solids is realized.The designed liquid surface defoaming device can further reduce the concentration of overflow water and ensure the efficient operation of the thickener.
