摘要
阐述了高煤公司为应对日益严峻的煤炭市场形势,提出基于大数据平台管理的产销深度协同智慧运营模式,创建利用大数据集成管理,形成集成化、数字化、信息化、指令化等多化合一协同办公体系。通过煤炭产销系统中的原煤开采、洗选加工、销售及运输等各个环节以煤炭客户需求为导向,快速响应市场的变化,动态地共享信息,紧密协作,把合适的煤炭产品,以合适的数量,在合适的时间送到合适的地点,按质、按量、按时地向煤炭客户供货,确保企业生产、销售的稳定性,达到对整个煤炭产销系统中的信息流、物流、资金流的有效规划和控制,最终目的是为了扩大有效供给,实现企业与客户共赢。
