利用粉煤灰制备透辉石微晶玻璃的研究 被引量:3

摘要 以电厂粉煤灰为主要原料,依据MgO含量为10%的CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)三元相图设计微晶玻璃的配方,在1140℃条件下直接烧结制备微晶玻璃,探究粉煤灰掺杂量对微晶玻璃的影响。结果表明:不同粉煤灰掺杂量的微晶玻璃的主晶相均是透辉石;随着粉煤灰掺杂量的增加,微晶玻璃的结构更加致密,密度和抗折强度呈先增大后减小的趋势,吸水率的变化趋势与之相反,化学稳定性良好。当粉煤灰掺杂量为75%时,微晶玻璃的密度为2.41 g/cm^(3),吸水率为0.11%,抗折强度为87.43 MPa,耐酸碱腐蚀性能优良。 The formulation of glass-ceramics was designed based on the ternary phase diagram of CaO-CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2) with 10%MgO content using power plant fly ash as the main raw material,and the glass-ceramics was prepared by direct sintering at 1140℃to investigate the effect of fly ash content on the glass-ceramics.The results show that:The main crystalline phase of glass-ceramics with different content of fly ash are all diopside;With the increase of fly ash content,the structure of glass-ceramics is gradually dense,density and flexural strength show a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,the trend of water absorption is the opposite,and the chemical stability is good.When the fly ash content is 75wt%,the density of glass-ceramics is 2.41 g/cm^(3),the water absorption is 0.11%,the flexural strength is 87.43 MPa,and the acid and alkali corrosion resistance is excellent.
