摘要
为得到电机最优工况,对电机进行了性能测试。以永磁同步电机为研究对象,依据电机特性搭建了永磁同步电机测试平台,以电机的输出功率和电源的输入功率之比,计算特定条件下的电机效率。采用控制变量法从速度和加载力矩两个角度出发,分别测试了同一速度下均匀加载扭矩后电机效率的变化,以及同一扭矩下均匀加速后电机效率的变化,并通过MATLAB软件建模绘制以速度为横坐标、以扭矩为纵坐标、以颜色深度为效率的速度-扭矩-效率MAP图。从MAP图中找出电机在某个速度和扭矩范围内效率最高的区域,让新能源电动汽车尽量在该电机高效区域工作,以达到节能减排的效果。
In order to obtain the optimal working condition of the motor,the performance test of the motor is carried out.Taking the permanent magnet synchronous motor as the research object,a permanent magnet synchronous motor test platform is built according to the characteristics of the motor,and the motor efficiency under specific conditions is calculated by the ratio of the output power of the motor and the input power of the power supply.Using the variable control method,from the perspectives of speed and loading torque,the changes of motor efficiency after uniform loading of torque at the same speed and the changes of motor efficiency after uniform acceleration at the same torque were tested respectively.A speed-torque-efficiency MAP diagram is given by MATLAB where the coordinates are speed,the ordinate is torque,and the color depth is efficiency.Read the most efficient area of the motor in a certain speed and torque range from the MAP map,and let the new energy electric vehicle work in the high-efficiency area of the motor as much as possible to achieve the effect of energy saving and emission reduction.
