摘要
随着时代的高速发展,电商企业丰富便利了人们的日常所需,而且以其独特新奇的途径迅速发展壮大。通过研究SZSS企业现状,运用企业战略管理理论对其在食品行业的电商领域战略管理进行分析。按照企业战略管理的基本过程框架,首先进行相关理论概述,再通过SWOT与“波特五力”模型对SZSS企业进行战略分析并制订出相应的战略计划,以期为食品行业的其他电商企业提供借鉴。
With the rapid development of the times,e-commerce enterprises have enriched and facilitated people’s daily needs,and have grown rapidly in their unique and novel ways.By studying the current situation of SZSS enterprise,the paper analyzes its strategic management in the e-commerce field of the food industry using the enterprise strategic management theory.According to the basic process framework of enterprise strategic management,we first summarize relevant theories,and then through SWOT and“Porter’s Five Forces”model,we conduct strategic analysis on SZSS enterprises and formulate corresponding strategic plans,with a view to providing reference for other e-commerce enterprises in the food industry.
